We process and ship orders within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed, except on pre-orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Please note that return shipping is not free. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
